Adoption study criteria:

2 - 6 months

$3000 adoption study

Will provide limited service for adoption study for MN resident adopting out of state

Will review adoption study from another agency sometimes for designated and Special Needs

Adoptive parent is entitled to keep adoption study (on individual basis)

Fees:
$1000 application fee,

$2000 AS

$5000 BP services fee

$2000 finalization fee

$750 legal services fee if applicable (case by case)

Restrictions:
Christian, infertility, married 2 years, 45 mile radius, maximum age 45, minimum age 21 (infertility, age requirements & 45 mile radius waived if open to special needs)

Foster care fees:
Foster Care/Adopt available for no charge, Foster Care available for $750

Degree of openness:
Up to birth parents and adoptive parents
