1-5 months

$500-$3000 fee

Will provide adoption study for MN resident adopting out-of-state

Will review adoption study from another agency/fee

Adoptive parent is entitled to keep adoption study

Fees:
$45 registration fee, $450 application fee, $700-$2250 adoption study, $800-$2300 child referral program, $3000 birth parent counseling, $600 post-placement, No fees for birth parents

Foster care fees:
Most placements directly from hospital, if foster care used, $500

Up to birth parents and adoptive parents
