To provide support and affirmation to birth parents, AOCI will be awarding scholarships to applicants who have chosen adoption and wish to pursue secondary and higher education during the upcoming academic year. After making an adoption plan, many birth mothers have financial needs that aren't covered by other programs. AOCI may be able to help.
